Stuffed Gourmet Trailers is a premium event catering brand. I delivered a high-end marketing site with a real-time booking flow and online deposits, and helped shape the visual identity through logo design and original photography.

Problem

The business needed a polished brand presence and a simple way to take bookings online without adding operational overhead or technical complexity.

Goals

  • Present the brand and menus with a premium look and feel.
  • Enable customers to check trailer availability and reserve dates.
  • Collect deposits online and prevent double bookings.
  • Keep the stack simple and maintainable for a small team.

  • Stripe Checkout for deposits, with automated booking records.

Role & Scope

As Creative Lead & Web Developer, I owned the UI/UX, frontend build, booking logic, and serverless integrations. I also contributed to the logo design and serve as the official photographer, producing food and trailer photography for upcoming events.

Technical Approach

  • Serverless: Netlify Functions for availability and checkout.
  • Data store: Google Sheets via service account authentication.
  • Payments: Stripe Checkout + webhook for booking confirmation and conflict prevention.
